Mr. Davis has 38 years of experience in the banking industry with a particular focus on acquisition analysis and integration, earnings improvement assessments and implementations and technology reviews. Prior to working with Castle Creek^®, Mr. Davis consulted with other banking institutions for three years. Prior to his consulting work, Mr. Davis was the Executive Vice President of Operations at Cole Taylor Bank in Chicago, IL and Director of Information Services for Key Bank of Utah, where he worked for 18 years.
