Carlie P. Headapohl is the Director of Investor Relations and joined Castle Creek^® in 2005. Ms. Headapohl has nearly 20 years experience in investment banking, finance and portfolio management. She began her career at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. where she to the position of Vice President in the Corporate Finance/Investment Banking Division. In 1994 she joined AMB Property Corporation, a real estate pension fund advisory firm and where she was a Portfolio Manager before becoming Vice President of Finance of its publicly-traded REIT.

Ms. Headapohl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
