John Pietrzak, CFA is a Principal and joined Castle Creek^® in 2005. Prior to joining the firm he was a Director at Levi Strauss & Co., where he led a team responsible for forecasting demand for the Dockers brand. Mr. Pietrzak had previously worked as the Senior Manager of Finance for the Dockers unit. From 2000 to 2002, he was a Senior Associate at Diamond Strategy and Technology Consultants, where he assisted clients in developing and implementing strategies in the wireless data industry. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Pietrzak was a Manager of Operations for a division of Sara Lee Corporation.

Mr. Pietrzak holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is
a CFA charter holder.
