Sharon Moody (57) is Director of Compliance. She is responsible for human resources and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Castle Creek in 1997, Ms. Moody was the Firm Administrator at Phillips & Company, a private accounting firm in Pasadena, California where she managed the company’s internal accounting, human resources, property management and client/investor relations. Her previous experience includes ethical pharmaceutical sales (for two of Merck’s drugs) and performing medical research at Rush-Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital.

Ms. Moody holds a B.A. in Biology from Augustana College, Rock Island, IL. She did postgraduate work in microbiology at the University of Chicago.
