David Volk is a Director and joined Castle Creek^® in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate with TW Associates Capital, Inc., which provides merger & acquisition and corporate financing advisory services to small and middle market companies located primarily in the western United States. While there, Mr. Volk participated in raising equity and debt for a variety of companies. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young, where he assisted clients with corporate restructurings, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Volk began his career as a financial analyst with TiVo, Inc.

Mr. Volk holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
