Owensboro, Ky.-based First Security Inc. began trading as an over-the-counter stock with the symbol FIIT, according to a May 21 news release.
M. Lynn Cooper, the company’s president and CEO, said that the company found the OTC markets website as the “most comprehensive” in terms of accessing the company’s trading activity. This is the first time First Security has traded publicly.
