Community Trust Bank announced today it has signed a purchase agreement with Whitney Bank, a subsidiary of Hancock Holding Company, to acquire four of its retail banking locations in Houston, Texas. The Whitney Bank branches to be acquired are: 12600 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX; 6767 FM 1960 West, Houston, TX; 5115 Main Street, Houston, TX; and 8002 Kirby Drive, Houston, TX.
