Square 1 Bank, the premier banking partner to entrepreneurs and the venture capital community, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets and hired all employees of Sand Hill Finance, LLC, a Silicon Valley-based provider of accounts receivable financing solutions for emerging growth companies.

Sand Hill Finance specializes in the origination and servicing of accounts receivable financing solutions for emerging growth companies nationwide.
